Pool was closed due to an issue, no soap, shampoo in bathroom, restaurant only had some of the items on the menu. The vending machine was broke for drinks. So basically brought a child to sleep the stay away.

This was the oddest experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. First time in 50 years that I’ve had to ask for a new room due to extremely noisy neighbors and people smoking weed outside the patio door. Was moved to another room (at midnight) where I had a toilet full of hot steaming water. Really. So hot that there was condensation dripping off of the toilet lid. Also, the toilet ran all night. In the morning, the toilet was normal temperature, but when I tried to take a shower, the only temperature coming through the pipes was scalding!!! So hot that I couldn’t even put a toe in the shower when on full ‘cold’. I was so desperate to clean up after my overseas flight that I decided to wash my hair in the sink, only to discover that it was clogged. At this point, it was comical. I packed my bags, visited the front desk and asked to check out early and get a refund for the nights that I would not be spending at the hotel. When the receptionist (who was lovely, as was ALL the staff!!!) asked why I was checking out early, I explained what had happened. Her response was was to cringe and said “that happens sometimes in the tower rooms”. THEY KNOW THIS HAPPENS AND THEY STILL PUT CUSTOMERS IN THESE ROOMS?!?!?!?!?? Insanity. The receptionist working in the front desk couldn’t process my refund for the nights not spent, but said she would let a manager know. I did receive a refund two days later.

Nice clean room and bathroom. Checkin was efficient and friendly. Several restaurants associated with the property. Japanese restaurant was very good. Good value for the price. Recommend!

We did not participate in the free breakfast..we ate at Shogun's the food was very good. We also ate at Crescsendo, the menu online had way more options than we found in the resturant and the young lady who waited on us was very kind. Our pizza was a bit soggy but edible.. Think the outside could use some updating for the seating area..

The hotel served the purpose of providing a place to rest and sleep. The menu for the restaurant didn’t match what was on the website. It said they provided room service, but they did not. The ice machine was broken and we were not provided K-cups for the Keurig in our room. Finally there was a power strip in the room and all the appliances, lamps, etc on one side of the room were plugged into it.

It was an interesting stay. It’s a local establishment so the hospitality aspect of it was a little lack luster. Staff was very informal and laid back. It’s needing some updating in its features. But overall it was okay for the amount of time we were there.

It was a dated building but i kind of loved that history about it! Food was extremely good breakfast was great and happy hour specials for food was very reasonable. We came to swim but found ourselves on a little adventure!! Recommend

Cute and comfy hotel

Friendly check in staff, very clean rooms. Pool was nice and warm, but slightly dark lighting. We didn't eat breakfast. Nice little wodded area next to a stream, not right out in the open. Front desk answered all our questions such as AC and laundry.
