Jack on was great. Room is nice and bed is very comfortable. However, I was not able to watch tv because one of the channels would turn on - only the guide. Called front desk and no one picked up. Very frustrating.

We checked in the staff is extremely nice but other than that I would not stay here. The hot tub was closed down which was not stated online so when I booked it for the hot tub was highly disappointed that it was not even going, the pool was like an ice bath we couldn't even swim in it.we get to our rooms just to discover after being in there for a few hours that the tables behind them and around them were covered in some sort of bug maybe an aunt and centipedes we had two rooms with that issue my brother was in the opposite room as me and he received a bite on his neck. We let the manager know he moved us to two different rooms when I woke up in the morning in my new room I had bugs on me bugs all over my side table I have a 2-year-old that I couldn't even let down because the bugs were so bad on the table. My son put his drink down and it was swarmed and ants inside and out which he didn't discover until he drank it. so we packed our stuff for checkout went downstairs told the manager showed him photos to show him the issue was in the new rooms he put us in he said he would contact the owners and get back to us. Hours later he contacts my husband to let him know that the owner said they will not refund anything. That after the first room with the bugs we should have just left if we did not like the hotel. I asked the manager if he explained that after the first hotel we seen none in the second until in the morning when we were covered in them he said he did explain that.

Property was going through renovation, so I don’t fault them on most of the cleanliness issues. However, our room was clearly a smoking room at one point and generally felt outdated and dirty. Hallways were desolate and rooms that were being renovated had propped open doors and some areas felt like an abandoned place. Kind of gave us the heebie-jeebies.

The pictures are very deceiving of the outside. Online the outside pictures of the front of the hotel looks amazing but, when you get passed the front desk you realize the hotel is very old and run down. The back the hotel is were i parked and it was full of garbage and old furniture. The actual hotel room was decent but, had some issues. The bathroom shower head was held on the shower by a nylon. There was mold on the ceiling and the toilet seat was barely on the toilet. The pool was ice cold at best. The hot tub was not operating and sign said closed for cleaning. The outside pool had a cover over it and not even. With 90 plus heat outside and pool would have been nice. The manager never said anything about the hot tub or pool issues when we checked in. Will not return here in the future.

Our 5 rooms were very clean and nice. Close eating options was nice and convient. One room had a tub that wouldn't drain and they never did get it fixed but they were very helpful with everything else.

THis is a clean hotel with an atrium that is well-run and has the advantage of nice hiking trails around a lake just across the street. They do ask for $25 for incidentals that should be posted on the Expedia website (unless I missed it), adding a substantial 20% to the room price.

The hotel did not look clean. Looked runned down. The pool smelt strongly of chlorine and the area around the pool was dark. Prople were sitting at the tables literally in the dark. Yrooms had a smell to them. I had to get sanitizing spray. I will not be going back, check in was quick but overall stay i would not recommend this place
