I visit this area regularly and was extremely disappointed by this stay. While the location is convenient and the price is low, it was clear the room had not been properly or deeply cleaned in quite some time. Dust was everywhere, the carpet was dirty, and the overall condition felt neglected. The most concerning issue was the bedding. It was visibly stained and had long blonde hairs in the bed that were clearly not pet hair. The towels were also stained, and the shower head was well overdue for replacement. These are basic hygiene issues that should not happen at any lodging, regardless of price. I grew up in Livingston and know the range of accommodations in this area. This property falls far below acceptable standards. While they were welcoming to my dog, that alone does not make up for the cleanliness problems. I would not return and would not recommend this property.

Elevator was broken the entire 2 weeks....the manager was rude and did nt honor the check in we were promised...they charged mycredit card in errot for other people stay and the clerks did not know how to transfer a call or even make a room key when we got locked out....it is a joke there

The first thing was the elevator was out, we both just had knee replacements. Our 1st room's frig didn't work. Our 2nd room's privacy shade wouldn't go all the way down. There is no vent system in the bathroom for smells or steam build up. The coffee tasted weird and the hash browns were not warm or cooked enough.

Was not able to stay at this location due to the elevator being out for the past three weeks...the only room they had available was on the 3rd floor. The lobby smelled like weed and the property had a lot of construction workers tailgating and drinking in the parking lot. This was definitely a bad experience and not a family oriented place.
