We stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels and washcloths everyday because they didnt clean our room. We were traveling with a baby which causes a lot of trash and had to take that out ourselves as well. The guy working the nightshift at the front desk was too busy betting on games with another guest to get the fresh towels we requested. Wallpaper and lamp shades had rips in them, the bed was not comfortable. The room was clean when we got it though. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and were very disappointed in our stay.

We checked in at 1130 pm from traveling. The staff at che k in and out were both pleasant. Basic room conditions need attention. As a facilities manager myself I was disappointed in just basic upkeep not done. The concerns in our room 229 were 1. Shower drains slow, probably needs snaked oyt and any hair cleaned out. 2. The caulk in tje tub/shower had mildew in the caulk. It all needs to be peeled back, cleaned, dried and re caulked. 3. The room smelt of dog.

The staff deserves five gold stars. Everyone was friendly and very helpful - when our fridge wasn’t working, maintenance had it swapped out within 15 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious - kudos to Sara! Thank you to all for making our stay so pleasant.

The choice is yours!

The eggs were right on.. The salsa perked them up. The waffle covered in the dried fruit was a treat. The variety of cereal and pastries was satisfying. Got me started for the day. The tea also had a good mix.
