It was aweful the room had a terrible smell the ceiling had a big water mark on it . Everything was old . I will be writing a review . I email the manager no one responded. I will never at that hotel every . I emailed them to give me one night credit because we were so upset . I paid 880 dollars

The common areas looked old and outdated with ripped carpets. The furnishings were old and broken. The room and hallways smelled musty. Not your typical DoubleTree experience.

I had reserved four standard king rooms and we mainly all got double beds which was unfortunate. I feel that we should’ve been told ahead of time or I should receive some sort of credit back on my account if possible please? I would greatly appreciate any help on that. The staff is very nice though.

Room was not in great condition, the inside of the door in the bathroom was ripped and shredded, the inside of the hotel was dated. The front desk staff were all great, the food in the restaurant was very good and my server was attentive and professional. I had to pay $10 to park overnight, seemed like that should have been included in the stay.
