It was just ok

The lobby is nice. Has some snack options available for purchase. We had to pay for parking, which wasn’t expected or appreciated. For what I paid for the room, parking should’ve been included. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. A lot of road noise overnight since it’s so close to interstate, but not the hotels fault. The outs let’s to plug chargers into are so loose half the time my devices wouldn’t even charge. It was fine for what we needed, but I wouldn’t stay here again knowing I have to pay more to park and how uncomfortable the bed was.

Doubletree by Hilton Hotel West Palm Beach Airport

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree. We got the royal treatment from Connie who did the shuttle. She drove us to downtown and gave us a wonderful tour and told us where to go and what to see. She was fun and so informative. Then we met David in the bar and he was also so friendly and wonderful to talk to. We had an excellent stay, we would stay there again for sure!
