Great location!! Clean.. Had a little hiccup with the cleaning crew removing items from my room as I was still a “checked in” guest and through away my food from fridge.. staff extremely nice.. A manager offered to give me some reward points for the missing items of my room! Breakfast was nice, the SEED coffee brand was delicious- The pool was alright- good for families.

This hotel is immaculate!! The landscaping around the pool & entire property is gorgeous! Breakfast daily is delicious! Several options & they serve you. The day reception manager is Laquea & this girl is WONDERFUL!!! She was able to get us an early check in & was extremely gracious. We’ve never experienced this at any hotel in any State. Her accommodating us meant the world to both of us. We had just got off of a cruise ship early in the morning & being able to check in & settle in was so appreciated!! Also Angelina at the bar has the best personality & makes tasty cocktails. This hotel offers Shuttle within a 4 mile radius for a small fee. We want to give a huge thank you to Casimir (sp?) and Pedro for getting us places & especially Casimir fir the timely ride to the airport on our departure. The Hawthorn extended stay hotel and suites is definitely a place that we would return to!
