Review on La Quinta room 128
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! To put it mildly, it’s a glorified motel that calls themselves a hotel. Wyndham should dump this property. I’d give this -5 stars if I could.
The nonsense started right from day 1 when I first arrived.
I can't add my full review due to character limits.
The day I checked in I noticed the WiFi wasn’t working in my room, hence mentioning switching rooms. When I went to the front desk to inform them & she said, “oh yes, that’s a problem.” I asked why that was & she said the WiFi isn’t working on that whole side. I then asked what any normal person would ask, “you rent out a room knowing there is a WiFi issue?” Crickets. Now we get into the mention of switching rooms. I asked to be switched because of the WIFI issues, I need to be able to have sessions. She tells me that because I booked through a third party (Expedia) & that Expedia put restrictions on my room (she said she didn’t know what restrictions) & I must call them to switch rooms. I’ve been through this before, Expedia will put it back on them because it’s their issue. I reminded her that I am on vacation & I am not calling Expedia for a problem at the hotel. She said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Sure, fine. I had to keep following up. Holes in the window curtains, no chair to sit in, no shower curtain, right next to the maintenance room, you hear that all day and night.
