In the morning after the breakfast went back to the room, and there was a roach crawling around on the TV stand, and when Expedia contacted them, they said that the person to handle this wasn’t around and by the way, we were not able to check out late even though the night before I had requested it and was told it was fine.

My mother was critically ill and hospitalized, and I live far away. I booked this hotel to be close to her, but found out she was being transferred to another hospital hours away. When I tried to cancel my booking, explaining that this was due to a family emergency, I was offered a refund for 2 of the 3 nights I booked. I understand policies are policies, but this seems like an exceptional situation and added stress to an already incredibly stressful time.

For a cheap (200) motel, this one was great. The rooms were very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. They do have a private shuttle service available. The only negative thing I have to say that it is noisy on ground floor rooms until the room cleaners are finished. There is an IHOP in front was pretty run down but had good food.

I was skeptical about staying here. My flight was cancelled due to shortage of crew and pilot. The only flight out was out of West Palm Beach, the other hotels were doubled. I took a chance and I’m glad I did. I pulled back the sheets and everything was spotless. I wore socks because ai was nervous, my socks were cleaned. The pillows and beds were plush! If you closed your eyes, you would have thought you were in a 5 star hotel. If you need somewhere to stay, book this hotel!
