+Bed was comfortable. Room AC worked fine Usual breakfast, eggs, waffles, muffins, toast, bagels Front desk helpful but clearly not happy to be there - AC in lobby has been out “a while” Room chair looked like a salvage, too dirty to sit in Pool had floating hair blobs and bugs Bathroom sink faucet almost impossible to turn on Blackout curtain covered only part of the window Had to unplug the microwave to plug in anything else Lots of noise from other rooms during the night

The property was easy to find . We arrived at 1:30pm just to check out things and make sure were everything was. The red headed staff member at the front desk was rude thinking we wanted to check in early. She appeared very unkept not what I expect from a staff member at the front desk. The lobby bathroom was not clean . When we returned at 3pm to check in the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful he deserved a raise he was outstanding. The room was itself was clean the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was temperamental in room 209. The bathroom I will say needed work although clean it needs repaired. The metal tissue cover was hanging off and rusted, the toilet paper holder was rusted, under the sink nozzle was rusted, the tub/shower needs a good scrub with some CLR and comet to remove the grim.

We stayed here on the way out and back on our last trip. Staff were friendly both times and the breakfast was solid. It's not a new place but kept well enough that we'll be back.

When we first got there to check in they told us that they do not have any "Suites" available as I had booked a suite so we had the extra "livingroom" area as we had a bunch of family staying at the hotel also. Which fine, it is what it is, we got a 2 bed room which was pretty small and not a whole lot of room. There is also no elevator in the building, Ice machine on 2nd floor was broke, pool was freezing cold, and was very muggy and hot in the main areas of the hotel.

I love the staff. They were amazing. They worked with our family very well very amazing. The pool was much colder than I expected. It was nice to have a hot tub that was super high. I wish that the temperatures were a little bit more reasonable. Also, the breakfast was good, but They didn’t need to have only light yogurt, which has artificial sweeteners in it, and there was only pork options for the gravy and patties.

There were no elevators at this property. Luckily we were able to get our people in on the first floor. Cody gets a shout out though for being awesome. Super friendly and loved the smile. Anytime we needed something he helped. Pool was super cold and looked gross. The hot tub felt nice but definitely had way too many chemicals in it. Breakfast was okay.

This hotel is dated and dirty. No exhaust in the bathroom. Refrigerator in room so loud it had to be unplugged so we could sleep. Bed was comfortable but the room gave me the ick.
