Cute little hotel

We had a nice time. The hotel is still going thru some updates but so far the updates that have been made are excellent. I believe once it is complete the entire place will be lovely. The room was nice, the pool was perfect for the kids and we really enjoyed the restaurant and bar being right there in the hotel. The Indian food was delish!! Fun signature cocktails made it feel like a real vacation!!

Don’t stay here

The woman at the front desk that checked us in was awful and so rude then we get up to our room and there’s mold in the shower and dart in the corners we found dirt on the carpet near our bed and when the kids went swimming, there was black mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom Water dripping everywhere and they didn’t clean up the pool area that night because when we went back in the next day to swim there were still dirty Band-Aids, and black dirt all over the floor. I felt very yucky being there.

Seriously, our room themselves were great. The rest of the place was disgusting. The pool was murky. Therewas snow and no one shoveled the entrance or the walkways or even plowed the parking lot. There was trash on a few tables in the breakfast area on the The night we arrived and when we left the next morning it was still there. There was a worker who worked there standing by it during breakfast, and it didn't bother to clean it up. I have pictures of the tables that were left dirty for 12 hours at least.

After checking in, we went to the room, and another occupant was already in our assigned room. The hotel is not turning over the keys. Doors appeared to have marks as if someone was kicking them. Additionally, all you could smell was smoke, and the hotel was smoke-free.

We came here for a night away as a family of 4, and it was great! We really enjoyed: -Very warm/clean pool -friendly and helpful staff -Weekend breakfast actually had a good selection of food-was just expecting some cereal -Restaurant Keshar was delicious! My husband is picky with Indian food but he loved this! Also yummy cocktails Some things could have used a little extra elbow grease in cleaning-slippery shower, a mop in the lobby, scrub a stain out of a chair We had a great time and will be returning again soon!
