Very friendly, easy check in, hotel appearance & room as well was clean comfortable & very inviting, breakfast was good as well, there was alot to choose from. Moldy room, never changed bedding and absolutely horrible condition inside of the hotel. We asked to speak to the manager but nobody was working for 3 days. We just left. Would not recommend to stay there.

The bathroom on our room had black mold in the shower and had hair collected between the shower doors. I didn’t want to shower because of this which affected my vacation. It reads as a 2 star hotel.

Do not stay here!

This hotel is very deceiving, looking from the outside and walking into the lobby. It looks like it would be a nice hotel, but the room was completely rundown. Smoke detector had been ripped out of the ceiling. The room was extremely musty to the point where the beds and pillows were wet. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was food crumbs in the corners of both rooms (family suite). The shower handle broke off the wall. The outdoor pool was dirty and cold. There was an Indian restaurant in the hotel and once they started cooking, it smelled like Indian food throughout the hallways. The free breakfast in the morning didn’t seem to be cooked, the eggs were runny, the sausage was cold. And to top all that off, they were multiple nights that the hallway smelled like gas to the point where they had to shut the propane off to the back outdoor pool tiki bar. I would have thought with all of these issues there would’ve been some type of help or discount to the room even though we mentioned all of these issues management said there was nothing they could do. I would NEVER recommend staying at this hotel EVER.

The stay was great except only two bath towels… no hand towels or bath mat. The shower curtain was too short for the shower so the floor gets soaked. Not a huge deal, we were only there for one night, but kind of a pain. That’s really my only complaint . Everything else was good. Staff were nice, quiet, safe, clean.. seemed very reasonable compared to other options. I would stay there again.

The room was not clean, it looked like disinfectant had been sprayed but not whipped up. It looked nothing like the pictures online. When we turned the shower on to bath the shower barely worked. The pool was also broken down and unsuitable. Very disappointing. Will not be going back or recommending.
