Room was clean and the staff was very helpful during check-in. More importantly when we were checking out, everything went smooth the staff couldn’t be nicer. Breakfast is a great value. Don’t expect me to order but you have fruits,bread’s, cereals and plenty to drink etc.

If you want a hotel with 50 kids running and yelling in the hallways until 11 pm then this is the hotel for you! I was promised at check in that quiet hour was strictly enforced but it wasn’t. Terrible experience for such a nice hotel.

Nice and clean, friendly receptionist. Pool is great, amusement arcade good for kids. Reasonable rates and location on the main road through West Yarmouth. Nicely lit up for Christmas. Back area looks on to lagoon and has a fire pit and sand
