We had a suite and it was great. Maintinance issues were quickly addressed. However two comments. The hotel needs refurbashing. Clean but worn. Breakfast needs an upgrade. Only two bread options - toast or bagel. We stayed at the Yellowstone lodge next door on our way home. They do not serve hot meals, but a wide variety of pastries and waffles.

Very nice, clean facility close to Yellowstone National park. They staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was walkable to stores and restaurants. I really loved the free s’mores and cookies. Very welcoming!

Large room, quiet and clean. A/C was efficient. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, burritos, many other choices. Hot coffee available 24 hours a day. The firepits and s'mores kits were a nice touch. Looked like a nice pool and hot tub although we did not try them.

This was an excellent place to stay! The bed was really comfortable (a priority for us), and the room was clean and well furnished. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Great place to stay if you enjoy walking a short distance to eat, drink, and shop. Not to mention the Grizzly and Wolf attraction across the street. Also the entrance to Yellowstone National Park is only about 5 minutes down the road.

Comfortable stay in suite with full kitchen, living room, spacious separate bedroom and large bathroom with additional sink. Very friendly area, lots of shopping and dining choices. The highlight was the Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center across the street.

The desk staff weren’t the most accommodating. We asked for someone to empty our trash and it never happened (we were there for several days). There were a few times we waited for someone to help us at the front desk, and no one was available (it was around dinner time) so we just gave up. The location was excellent, very close to dining and Yellowstone.

The staffs are very friendly, but the check-in was somehow pretty slow. The room is spacious and clean. The amenities are little dated but work fine. The free continential breakfast is good despite limited choices. The s'more kit offered every night is definitely a surprise. The parking might be a little tricky during peak season, but at least during our stay, the underground garage has a lot of spots (and it also has elevator directly to your floor). Lastly and most importantly, 2 minutes' drive to gas station, and 5 mintues' drive to the west entrance of yellowstone park. Nothing to complain.

Not even close to be worth the price paid for. Parking was AWFUL!! Maybe two at the most ADA parking spots! Room needed to be updated. Water flow in bathroom was slow. Breakfast was an unpleasant experience . Had to wait for table and food was cold slow and elevators had hardly any took
