Clean, needs better parking

Clean hotel. No parking. All the parking was for construction blocking multiple spots. Underground parking had a ton of property ATVs taking up spots. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only one elevator toward the front not helpful for the far parking situation with bags.

Good value overall.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Yellowstone. Overall a good value, clean, nice breakfast set up with decent selection. As a suggestion , pillows need to be changed as they are lumpy.Clean sheets, clean room. Did not check any other amenities. Parking underground was heated which was great being that it was cold and icy snowing one of the nights.

There seemed to be significant construction happening at the hotel, including full closure of their pool and hot tub. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for their pool, so this was a setback. However, they did offer us the ability to drive 1 mile to their sister hotel and utilize their facilities instead. That was helpful! But the construction was loud, and took up a good portion of their parking. None of this was mentioned until we were checking in/drove up and saw it. The room was pretty standard, but not much updated. The breakfast had very little to choose from and nothing seemed fresh, including their coffee, both mornings we attempted it. The staff was nice and polite, although the individual checking us in seemed to have great difficulty with all of the steps he needed to do.. but we did not see him the rest of the stay. They offered a really fun bag of items to make s'mores out by their firepit, which was a nice treat at the end of the day. We definitely would stay again, and give them an opportunity to have higher star ratings!

Close to downtown, but dated and smelly

Close walk to downtown. And was cheaper than others in proximity at time of booking. However the room was very dated and smelly, almost like stale/smokey/dirty socks. Luckily the weather was warm so we could. Keep the window open. If I were to come back. I'd probably book elsewhere. It was pet friendly. But there was clumps dog hair in the hallway that was not vacuumed all week. Which made me question how much cleaning they do.

I did not realize it was off season. meaning the park was closed. How ever the wife and I did make it a worthy trip. the hotel was clean and orderly. The staff was good and informative.
