Don’t stay here.

The room was in very poor condition. There were areas that were missing paint. The toilet stopped working completely. The breakfast was horrible. Cheerios and toast. You can’t advertise that breakfast is included if all you are providing is Cheerios and toast.

Historic hotel. Beautiful old Building. Tiny bathroom in standard room. Fireplace in foyer on even at 80 deg outside. Too hot to enjoy foyer. Good breakfast. No half and half just flavored substitute. Front door squeaks constantly and our room was directly above it. Ac unit drowned it out. If you are a mind reader you will have no problem operating the TV remote.

Close to five star

This is a quaint, convenient place to stay in West Yellowstone. Would have been 5 star except no maid service first couple of days, after that all was excellent. First housekeeper did not respond, figured out she did not speak English (an Asian young girl). Breakfast was simple but fine. Did not use pool. Good recommendations on restaurants from staff. Overall a very nice wee.

The history of the Inn and it's beautiful lobby, entrance is charming and comfortable. Rooms were nice and clean. It is an old property. Pool was great. However, we had a plumbing backup and the front desk told us to come get a plunger and towels. Once manager was involved, we were moved to a new room.

This hotel was very kitschy. Hasn’t been renovated in probably 25 yrs. Was clean and beds were comfortable which is very important! We were disappointed in the breakfast. No protein was included and was all pastry and flour based foods that are sugary and horrible for diabetics and healthy contentious (my husband and myself) people. Cost was very high due to demand so we expected a high quality breakfast. I still recommend it but just be aware.

Comfortable room with dining options & shops within easy walking distance. Friendly staff & a large breakfast room. Breakfast was fresh and included pastries, yoghurt, fruit, waffles and cerals. The only minor disappointment with the cleanliness of the room was the carpet around the wardrobe & bathroon needed a better vacuuming, as there was thick dust around the edges and kickboards. Otherwise a throughly enjoyable stay

Overall good stay

Overall, we had a good stay here. The point of our trip was to visit Yellowstone, and this hotel (and the town) is within minutes outside of the West entrance of the park. The hotel is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants (though you could probably walk anywhere within the town of West Yellowstone). It’s an older building but has charm and was clean overall. Has a cozy lobby with fireplace and board games. Continental breakfast was decent with all of the typical offerings. Lots of street parking available and even has a small parking garage that’s free with your stay. My only complaint is that our room was pretty warm, even with the AC set to 60 degrees, and the AC unit was very noisy.
