Loved this cabin stay. Close to the activity of the Town but quiet at night when you want to sleep. Great stay. Extremely close to Yellowstone Park. Some great restaurants in area. Staff very nice and helpful. Very clean. Would stay here again.

The photographs on the website were misleading. We rented a cabin to sleep 6 people. It was so small with no place to sit other than the kitchen table. We were under the impression that we would have a room with a sofa. When we booked the cabin, it was not made clear that the upstairs was a totally separate cabin. The guests in the upstairs cabin were extremely noisy in the mornings and late at night. At the beginning of our stay, I asked management to move us to a cabin with a sofa. The next day, I followed up with management, and they said they were working on it. I never heard anything back after that. Also, when we first arrived, there was not any soap at the bathroom sink and not enough shampoo in the dispenser. Even when it was full, it was difficult to pump out. In regard to the kitchen, there were minimal utensils with some basics missing, including scissors, a spatula and a colander to drain spaghetti. To top it off, the day before we left, one of the kitchen cabinet doors literally fell apart. It was not worth paying $500/night, and if we hadn't already paid, we would have tried to move to other lodging. On the positive side, we were conveniently located to Yellowstone National Park. Also, are cabin was conveniently located to the laundry room.

Needs some TLC

The Hibernation Station seemed like a great local run business but missed on a few things and could use some updates and better maintenance. The Hotwater didn’t work for an entire day, the upstairs unit shower leaked into one of the bedrooms, and the ac unit was very very noisy. It was a quaint little cabin and could just use some good maintenance and TLC. I did see they were updating the unit next to ours so I am sure this business is working on making the upgrades. But for $450+ a night I expect a little more than!

Traditional but modern lodges are great

The lodges are modernised and well maintained. With great facilities like WiFi and large TV / Air con . All you need to unwind after a long day in the Park seeing the animals and g geysers.

The inside look of the cabin is amazing with all woods. However, we had to switch to different cabins three times. We unpacked 4 times and packed up 3 times to check in due to many issues of each cabin. The first check in, this cabin door lock was falling off the door and could not be locked. The second check in, the cabin was great, but we had to check out after two days because this cabin was not available after two days. The third check in, there was no hot water in this cabin. Finally, the fourth check in, we had a big cabin with three queen beds. The cabin is big but was not what we wanted. We (my husband and I) only needed one bed. So the upgrade was useless for us. We were very disappointed with the conditions and handlings of the situations. Again, we had to unpacked four times and packed up three times just to move in the four different cabins. The staff did not care for our inconvinence at all.
