Floor was squeeky, bathroom bowl was unstable, the lights would flicker if you turn on the AC, the room service would open the door without knocking, the carpets were very dusty, the faucet was broken and loose, mattress was very old.. you will sink in the mattress,… not worth the price.. i paid $330 a night.. would be okay if they charge around $100 for this room

The best word I can come up with for this place is functional. The bed was uncomfortable. Toilet ring was broken. Hot water was sporadic in the morning. And huge groups were incessantly loud in the evening slamming doors every five minutes. These were not teenagers either.

Sheets not turned over from prior guest having freshly dried blood stains. Towels stained, tub not clean. Advertised breakfast/was none. Advertised laundry . It was in basement had to walk through filthy paths and kitchen items to get there, then told no services. Sent photos to Expedia still waiting on refund reply. Expedia is stepping in on our behalf. I don’t recommend this hotel. Also you have to lug your suitcase up a flight of stairs to get the elevator. Horrible experience

Older large hotel looks like it was at one time very nice. Staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dated rooms, no plugs for usb, beds were comfortable and nice bedclothes. Room was very clean and lots of pillows. Buffett, not self serve, breakfast was very good. The pancakes and french toast looked delicious, but no sugar free syrup. The buffett staff were very pleasant and hard working. The guests talked loudly in the halls till after 11 and were up and talkingludly and letting doors slam at 6:15. Our alarm was set for 8, but we gave up both days because that and the creaking from people walking in the room above us kept us from being able to sleep. We loved the staff and cleanliness, bu the property needs a lot of updating. There was a bench and seating outside, but they were all broken. You cold tell it had a lot of potential. .

The staff was incompetent at the first attempt to check in. Tried charging and additional $130 to pay at the property instead of online. I had to have Expedia call and straighten them out…. Next issue was the room was very run down and in desperate need of some maintenance. The tv did not work, and there was nobody at the front desk to talk to, waited over 15 mins and nobody showed up. The day before I was scheduled to check out, I came back to my room to find the door was left open by the housekeeper. Needless to say, I left that night. Overall a terrible experience

As an older hotel it was clean and convenient to our objective. We did like the offered a full breakfast buffet to guests. The staff was polite. The only down side is it is not very handicap convenient as there are no elevators and if you stay on the second floor you have to take stairs which is harder on someone with bad knees and a bad back. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Good Value No Frills Hotel

This is a good no frills hotel to stay at while visiting Yellowstone. They offer a good buffet breakfast served by attentive staff. Close to the park and within town shops and restaurants.

It was clean and well staffed. The breakfast was very good. The back patio to walk to the back rooms were not well maintained. And odd steps to go into hallways. I tripped twice but did not fall. It needs to be repaired. But the room was fine and everything else good. Price was fair for the area as well.
