Room had a peculiar smell Trim boards around bathroom door inside and outside were loose. Floor between beds around night stand had green glitter everywhere. For the price we paid, should have had better accommodations.

Close to west yellow stone entrance and walkable distance to all stores close by. Rooms are clean and spacious. One star less for the breakfast. Everything was frozen that could be heated. I wished for at least a hot oat meal and waffle or pan cake option.

Stinky Dog, etc

We opened the room door and immediately noticed a very stinky wet dog smell. I went to the front desk to change rooms and the clerk informed me they didn’t have any other rooms. She had a very dismissive attitude and gave me a can of room freshener. I have serious allergies to dogs which can trigger an asthma attack. I ended up spraying the room because I figured in high season in West Yellowstone there would not be other hotel options. Other issues, The air conditioning unit was inconsistent in the air flow like it was in need of a filter replacement or general maintenance so it was very noisy and did not cool the room well. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable in that it totally sagged to the middle so my wife and I had to work to stay to the sides. Very little sleep. The room next door had two large dogs that barked very loudly. Upstairs our room there appeared to be some children trying out for the 5 yard dash quite frequently. Overall this was the worst hotel/motel experience I have had in my life!

Decent motel with friendly staff and complimentary basic breakfast in good location within walking distance to numerous restaurants, Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center and other local attractions, convenient driving distance to West Yellowstone Park entrance, but breakfast was very busy and food got depleted of fast, some staining on sheets & towels, could use some renovations in lobby and pool area

It wasn't the nicest room I have stayed. It could use a little upgrading. The continental breakfast was okay but I don't like that type of breakfast. It was an okay room but a great location.

Great location but gross!

Interior was run down and both rooms our family reserved were dirty. The bathroom was also very dirty. Almost like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest.

Ideal base for Exploring Yellowstone

Fantastic base for exploring the park. Even got to see a mother grizzly and her two cubs, got chased by an elk too. Breakfast is basic but plenty of other options around.

Good access to West Yellowstone and all amenities. Walkable to town centre for evening dinner. 2min drive to Park entrance...get there before 8am to avoid a queue!

Nice room, quiet. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. No plates for waffles, just bowls. No eggs though they were advertised. No decaf coffee. For what I paid for the room they could have had a decent breakfast.

Horrible stay

Stayed two nights the pool was out of commission and one of the employees had two large dogs that were left in the room across from us and barked early morning waking us up. After i went to front desk they said they would take care of it and the dogs continued to bark for hours. You dont lock dogs in a room all day that is cruel to animals and disrespectful to the people staying. We will never go back to this place again.

This is a nice property, but it needs to be renovated. I was quite disappointed.The microwave in our room was ancient and took forever to heat. I tried using the microwave in the lobby but the door latch didn't work. They are definitely in need of some updates.
