A Budget friendly hotel close to the west entrance of Yellowstone national Park. Free Parking. Dog friendly. Pleasant staff. Basic breakfast items.

Tv/cable was a joke. No local channels and the TV was impossible to watch. Worst setup I have EVER incountered. The only thing worthwhile was the location. Close to the Yellowstone park entrance. I would never stay in this facility again.

Room was clean but way over done with air freshener it was over powering and almost toxic. We had to air out the room for a few minutes. Tv kept stopping in the middle of programs asking for an airplay code. Front desk could not help and could not care less. We paid way too much for this overpriced rip off.

I was surprised at how run-down this property was for an area that is so expensive to stay in. I don't believe the money I paid was worth what we got. The place is in need of a serious update. The location was fine, and the staff were lovely, but again, this was overpriced and not worth the money we spent to stay there.

Great breakfast

The breakfast was the best we have had at similar hotels, with on site attendant. The room was roomy with a comfortable soda. We booked 3 nights - no housekeeping on the second day due to poor staffing - no warning of lack of service before we returned to our room.

An older hotel needs updating in places,the fans in the bathroom very noisy, however it provided everything i needed pool,hot tub, good breakfast selection,good location for yellowstone entrance and easy parking

Convenient to Yellowstone

Very convenient to Yellowstone, staff was wonderful & hotel was clean. It was great having an additional sink with a mirror outside of the one in the bathroom. We had the pleasure of staying there four nights, close to restaurants & shops. The only negative aspect was no hot food at the breakfast bar. Items could be toasted, but no eggs, bacon, etc.

Very clean, close to downtown area and food you can walk to. Right by the west entrance. Great continental breakfast and great choices. I would stay again! Oh and you can hear the wolves howling at night that are at the Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center!

Beautiful lodge with pool and hot tub, which we didn't have the chance to use. Nice breakfast. Our rooms were across the drive, on second floor, with no elevators. Very nice room with comfy bed. Walking distance to town square and multiple restaurants.

Poopy stay

Dirty room Unhelpful staff, when we complained in the evening someone came and didn’t clean the toilet properly which was full of poop stains. Later in the morning the toilets were clogged and when we informed the staff the gave us a plunger for us to clean ourselves, After we tried to solve it and didn’t manage they offered a maintenance person who came late and when we complained they didn’t offer any solutions and talked rudely. They offered us the option of checking out and we decided to take it even though we didn’t have any other place booked. Overall a terrible experience and a bad hotel.
