I experienced great customer service during all employee interactions. I found the guest room clean but there are definitely areas of the guest room that are in need of repair or replacement such as cracked and loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The single fluorescent light in the bathroom did not always work. There was no shower amenities upon checking in but there was some in the room after it was cleaned after our first night.

We stayed in mid June and paid almost $300/night. The two star low rating reflects value for the money. The important stuff: Quiet, friendly and efficient staff, clean, good bed and a good breakfast were all fine. If you want to charge high on-season rates then the property should be in excellent condition. Back door did not require a key to open. Jaccuzi was broken the first night, after it was fixed the jets were very weak. Carpet looked good and the bed was solid but the doors didn't fit well (room and bathroom) and looked beat. No body wash, only small bars of soap.

Clean rooms, would have liked more options for breakfast (pastries were great but only protein options were boiled egg and yogurt). Only “live” tv was LG channels, WiFi was terrible first night was going in and out- watch tv and after 10 minutes it would buffer and just had to turn off, repeated several times but eventually didn’t watch. Front desk said it was overloaded? On a week night I don’t think so. Didn’t really try again.

Value was good, breakfast was basic bagels and toast, room was clean, location to Yellowstone was perfect (5 minutes from entrance). Hotel was a little dated and they piled their trash in the stairwell as if they didn't have a dumpster.
