The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodations were made to address our concerns and disabilities when we arrived at the hotel . The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly to work with during our stay

The room was very nice. The hotel is a few blocks away from the GAP/C&O bicycle trail but relatively easy to get to. You can't keep your bicycle in your room but there is a bicycle storage room off of the lobby. There are fast food places nearby.

This property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing stay. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly, helpful, and informative, and the check-in process was quick and easy. I also really enjoyed the comfort and layout of the room. Personally, I am not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms, so seeing carpet initially gave me pause. However, the room appeared clean and smelled fresh throughout my stay. The hotel offers several convenient amenities, including a 24-hour gym, breakfast, 24-hour coffee service in the lobby, and in-room coffee as well. They are currently expanding the property, but I was pleasantly surprised that the construction noise did not carry through the building. I could occasionally hear footsteps from the room above me and some louder guests passing by in the hallway, but overall, the stay was peaceful and comfortable. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Amazing from the porter to the chef to the front desk to management. Rocky Gap resort knows how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!
