First off- we had no notification of a complete remodel taking place. Amenities that we booked for (Restraunt, bar, pool, lobby was all closed). Parking was crazy, none in a safe area, had to walk in dark areas to get the to the front. Couldn’t even tell the hotel was open. Arrived to the lobby and it smelled like pot. Went into room and light was minimal. We had no towels, no phone, no do not disturb sign (had to make one out of toilet paper to put on door- I have a picture) because there was no paper or pen to write a sign for. My floor smelled like pot the entire stay. On night one we were awoken to a nock on the door. Day two staff was hanging out in the lobby sitting on couches and cursing up a storm. No towels on day two. When we arrived back to hotel after our day we got off the elevator to go to our room and met with a smoke cloud of pot smoke. We got high walking to our room. Front desk did nothing when we reported it. Told it was legal. We were on a no smoking floor. Woken up night two at three am to someone screaming about his pot being taken and kids screaming. Hotel breakfast was terrible in a room that was so makeshift it was horrible. Sad part is I stayed with my son for a baseball tournament, which we do often and this by far was the worst experience we have ever had. Staff didn’t really care- acted very shady the entire time. Parking was terrible. Expedia never told us this hotel was under renovation. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It should indicate that the hotel is under construction/renovation. This hotel should not be operating as is with the many obstacles and nuances from our stay. The staff were pleasant but limited. By far the worst stay at a hotel I've had.

Our stay was horrible, and I would definitely not classify your hotel as a family friendly hotel. 1. When we checked in - we went into our hotel room and the room was not clean and the beds were not made. I had to go back down to get a new hotel room, when I expressed my displeasure to the hotel staff - he asked if it was just not clean.... I said "no someone checked out and it was never cleaned." Which automatically put me on alert to the cleanliness for the duration of our stay. 2. The elevators are filthy with words etched into all of them 3. The smells throughout the hotel are disgusting. 4. The smell of the pool area was so strong and terrible my eyes instantly burned upon entering. Also when we were in the pool the utility doors were all left open with stuff everywhere which is a major hazard for kids. 5. Our shower was filthy - there was other people's hair on the floor and the shower head had water coming out all over behind it and all of the paint is chipping above it 6. The bathroom fan was clogged with dust 7. We were never given enough towels - our room was reserved for 3 guests and we were never given more than two towels at a time so we had to constantly ask the front desk for towels 8.
