The bed and pillows were horrible. The one staff member i interacted with was GREAT. The noise in the hotel as well in the parking lot did last longer than it should've. With no staff around to help with this, it went on and on. I would not recommend this place to friends or family. They would not feel rested at all. Which is the point getting out of town for vacations or getaways

Room was dirty. Heat was set to off when we got in. Was about 40 degrees in there and did not warm up until morning with heat running all night. Pool was not heated. It was freezing. The main reason we picked this hotel was we wanted to take our kids swimming and we were unable to swim as it was so cold

The stay was great! We had a beautiful view of the ocean, even though it was partial it was still great! We had a minor hiccup but they got right on it, no longer then 5 mins. Me and boyfriend are definitely coming back!

We checked in and left right away. Went to checkout the hot tub and broken and the pool area burned your eyes from the smell of chemicals. The TV in the room was super small. Very dated and should not be labeled a resort. Front staff checking us in was great though.
