Frequent visitor at this time. This room was below standard-- torn wall coverings, stained cabinet facing, bathing supply with inaccurate filling. Shower gel actually seemed to be cream shampoo. Otherwise, clean.

Everything is simple and and straightforward. However, the office chair in the room was too low for the desk area - very uncomfortable. I asked is there's a different one I could have, but they said it's the same standard chair... Rarely I encounter this situation, as usually they find an alternative.

The lady at the desk was on a personal call while checking me in. She lied and told me that the late check in fee would be taken care of the following morning when I ask the manager, but we were still charged. There was cigarette burn holes in several parts of the comforter, stains on the comforter, stains on the mirror, mold specks on the wall above the shower head. I had to speak with the manager the following morning and she was nice enough to credit the money that we were charged for late check out due to the other ladies rudeness and being on the phone and misinformation.
