I've stayed at this location multiple times for personal convenience reasons. Rooms are very reasonable priced. That being said, the facility is a little dated and not maintained as well as it should be. I've had issues with the room card readers literally every time I have stayed there. At various times I've also have had issues with the room phones and toilets not flushing.

We are sorry. But this hotel has actually literally been the worst hotel experience we have ever had and was unprecedented. The hotel has absolutely no insulation and any attempt at soundproofing. You can hear everything from other rooms. There were also people blasting their TVs at ridiculous levels all night long and through the morning. Hotel staff did nothing about this and we informed them about it. Due to this we were offered another room while being able to keep the suite room we were paying for. We were still paying full suite price while not using the suite then. But we were fine with that only because that gave us an option for 2 rooms in the event some very rude inconsiderate person again decided to blast their TVs at very high to full volume. But from the 2nd room on 2nd night we found out the issue was not only because someone was blasting their tv at ridiculously high levels. It was also due to no insulation and sound proofing at all as mentioned before for context. So even when TVs from other rooms were at normal volume. You could still hear everything like it was in your room practically. The suite room was quiet at the time we checked it out again. So we moved back to that room a different night. But then if things couldn’t get any worse. Maybe the same person or another. A very rude inconsiderate person was smoking which got into our room. We informed hotel staff of this and moved back to the other room. But noise kept us up still at night and morning agai….

Vending machines not only not working but the drink machine was empty on a Saturday night. Cups were not stocked at breakfast and the coffee in the lobby was cold. Although they offer a free breakfast, it was premade, previously frozen, primarily needing to be reheated by guests and unappealing. Overall, amenities are subpar but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The first room we checked into had a musty smell and the bedding was moist. We did get switched to another place with only two bedrooms instead of three, but could not get our money back due to booking with Expedia. Second two bedroom was nice fairly clean. No towels, and only one roll of toilet paper.

We like this place. This is our first time in the cabins. Very spacious and accommodating. I do wish that for a three bedroom house that there were more seats for the table. The mattresses were a bit to be desired i ended up on the couch both nights for more comfort. The fireplace made everything cozy.

Room was clean but dated with an older bedspread, curtains, and rug. Towels were older with no fluff. Small little round soap. Microwave and refrigerator were great. Breakfast had quite a nice variety. Very dark to check in at night away from the busy road, so quiet but our heating unit was noisy. Good price point for what we needed to visit our granddaughter at Northern.
