1. The Waste and Recycle bins were basically full, on arrival. The Glass bin was half full.2. The Dishwasher was full.3. The Dryer was full.4. There were finger marks and smears on the fridge and cupboard doors.5. There was no toilet paper in the toilets. 6. There are ants all over the outside bin.7. There are ants constantly in the kitchen.8. The kitchen bin drawer is rotten and has come away from the top which made it almost impossible to use the internal bin drawer.9. We didn't use the sink Waste Disposal in the kitchen and our assumption is you turn it on using the switch which you've taped over. We didn't want to try but there was a strong unpleasant odour coming from it.10. The TV is old and doesn't have any Apps which we could login for viewing. 11. The Deck out from the Dining Room is dangerous. Its rotting, has unstable boards, has boards which have popped and protruding nails and screws. Someone will put their foot through it or cut their feet in the not to distant future. The back deck also has 1-2 boards which have popped.12. The kitchen tap is loose.13. There was still grime and build up in the corners of the bathroom floors.Initially the host was responsive and then after the stay, they've simply ignored any further messages or correspondence.
