the shower pressure was poor the drain in the bathtub was broken the reason why we booked the hotel was for the pool and the pool has been out of commission for the last 3 months they could have put that on their website that the pool is not working and the breakfast was okay for microwavable food

Very bummed we came in from New York , and the pool was out of order the entire stay. When booking they should advertise that the pool is out of order to give families a chance to book else where for a pool experience. That was a big reason we booked this hotel. Breakfast was alright. My kids enjoyed some variety . All the front desk ladies , and house keeping were extremely nice! Always greeted with a smile! Close to all the stores and food places!

I didn’t get the room I booked but I settled.. Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Needed another entrance instead of having to walk all the way to the other end just to access the building..

Staff were courteous, breakfast was great. Everything else was not great. My room was pretty shabby, wallpaper in the bathroom was peeing off the wall, grout around the tub was nasty, and it couldn't have been vacuumed since there were dustballs and candy remnants in the carpet, lastly, small square flat pillows were not comfortable. Also, the front desk person told us to be sure and lock our car because the hotel wasn't insured for any kind of theft.
