Sleeping arrangements
Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, the townhouse offers five bedrooms and nine beds across four levels. The upper-level primary bedroom overlooks the lounge and features a king bed, TV, and ensuite with a bathtub, shower, and heated rail. Two additional king bedrooms with their own ensuite baths are situated on the lower floors, and a twin bedroom opens to a private deck. The fifth bedroom includes two tri-bunk beds (double plus twin), creating a flexible setup for families or groups. Six bathrooms throughout the home provide comfort and convenience for every guest.

The kitchen brings everyone together with its gas cooktop, Fisher Paykel appliances, and wine fridge, offering a comfortable environment for preparing meals after a day on the mountain. Seasonal ski access is available via an intermediate trail off the Lower Olympic Run. The route ends at roughly 100 stairs that guests must descend to reach Northern Lights, with the reverse required to ski out. Ski access is seasonal and dependent on snow conditions.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A private garage provides parking for one vehicle. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Northern Lights is perched just above Whistler Village, offering a quiet and scenic setting with sweeping views of the valley and surrounding peaks. Guests enjoy a short walk to the village and the Valley Trail, as well as access to an intermediate-level ski-in/ski-out trail from Whistler Mountain. • Construction Notice Summer 2025: Please be aware that a nearby property is undergoing a renovation starting in August 2025. During August and September, guests in Northern Lights 45 may experience construction noise from activities such as concrete grinding, rock excavation, and the operation of construction vehicles.
• Construction typically takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, though the Whistler municipality allows work from 7:30 AM to 8 PM daily. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
