Friendly staff and clean room. Even though the pool was at the sister property, it was only a few steps away. The outdoor patio pool made it great for a hot summer day.

No hotel parking left available, but easy to park just outside the front desk to off load our gear before parking in the public lot about 200m away. Great location for those wanting to be first in line up the gondola for sightseeing or or ski. Front desk and housekeeping are very friendly and helpful with check-in, TV setup, extra masks… Very disappointing that the hot tub was closed—our only reason for this visit to Whistler was to rest and I was planning to spend time relaxing there. There is an elevator and ramps to Room 309, but a bit challenging figuring out how to get down the hallways. The suite is bright with lots of windows facing north toward the mountain. Nice to have a balcony—I put the two chairs under cover, out of the rain, so that the next guests could enjoy them. Layout with the queen bed in the loft was odd: without a safe place to put a glass of water if there were two persons sharing the one bed. It was odd to only have the ledge on one side of the bed for a phone or small book. No space for a water glass. ANGRY the bottom sheet was tucked in to NOT cover the bottom 40cm of the bed. Extra work for the guests to remake the bed. Nice assortment of fluffy white towels. Full-sized shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, but no hand soap for the bathroom sink so out shower gel in the empty soap dish. Kitchenette was clean and equipped with mini fridge, hot plate, kettle, place settings, coffee/tea fixings. Not enough electrical plugs throughout.

Loved the view and perfect location right in Whistler Village! The lobby even opens right into the heart of it! Parking was a bit confusing, but staff were very helpful over the phone. The main downside was the hot tub & lack of amenities. The hot tub was open when we arrived but closed that evening with no notice, and when we asked about alternatives, one worker was quite rude & short with us. With limited amenities and an outdoor pool, it was disappointing since we were visiting in the fall. Thankfully, another staff member the next day was kind and made up for it. The hotel is a bit dated but cozy and homey. Overall, a cute spot for a little Whistler trip, in the center of the beautiful village!

Room did not resemble photos / dimensions in Expedia photos. Heating/aircon + fridge both very loud all night long. Staff at check-in v friendly and professional. Typical Whistler hotel - over-priced motel standard accommodation even in low season.

Our balcony view was of other people's rooms in the building across from us. It's a cool hotel but it's definitely older. A lot of rust and water stains in the bathroom. All our glasses were dirty so we had to wash them. 3 decaf coffee pods and 1 reg coffee... but it was a generally clean room and larger space. Parking was difficult to find. Wrong signage and a part of a different hotel. They sent photos so i guess this is a typical complaint trying to find where to go... and there was no elevator directly to our floor(floor 3 was spread over 3 levels with stairs only) which was a little difficult. If you book, request a room on an elevator access floor to avoid hefting heavy suitcases up and down stairs.
