What I liked about this property is the location which is close to the downtown and the size of the suit. What I don't like to this property is that it is not clean. Dust all over the furniture, the table and chairs in balcony and lots of dried leaves on the balcony floor. Dust catcher(?) in the dryer got broken and i got poked when I tried to removed the dust after done. Generally I don't think this suit has been taken care of well before getting customers.

Kids love it, especially the pool, the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi. The only thing that does not work well is the exhaust fan in our bathroom: it can not be turned off (probably broken).

We stayed at the Horstman for 4 nights. We love the area as it’s only a 15 minute walk to the upper village, it’s quiet and has fantastic amenities. The room was clean and spacious. Front desk is always pleasant to deal with and can answer all questions. Bike storage area is also easy to get in and out of.

Very quiet place. It was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub.

I liked the location and unit was nice but a few issues with it. There were no essentials in the kitchen such as condiments for cooking. The kitchen space was very tight and small for a 2 bedroom. The parking space was very tight and hard to park in and out of it. The garbage/recycle location were not marked well and hard to find. No front desk customer service available during our stay.

Great place to stay slopeside. Free shuttle makes it easy to get to and from the village. Pool and hot tub are perfect for after the slopes

I was not made aware that reception closed at 5, I arrived at 5:02 because i went to the parking area first. I then had to travel to another property to register. I am glad i didn’t have to walk! The property itself is well situated with a bus stop close by. It is a quiet property with lovely trees surrounding it.

The people inhabiting the unit above us were very noisy and made it seem like there was poor sound proofing between the floors.

Parking stall was super narrow. I was lucky, spot next to me was not occupied, otherwise I would not get into my vehicle. No house keeping provided at all, at the end you need to remove garbage yourself:/

Overall, an excellent place to stay with a family. Parking was very cozy but we managed. Nice short shuttle or reasonable walk to the village.
