The front staff were very pleasant upon checking in. Our room had issues, the bathroom sink was dripping, the handle to the Murphy bed was broken on one side and the door handle to the patio was very, very loose. It was VERY loud out every night from 10pm to 2:30, lots of music, yelling and screaming down the middle corridor. The lights in-the elevator were flickering the fist day we were there and finally had an electrician in to fix it, which only made the problem worse by the time we checked out, it was completely black, trying to go up and down the elevator.

We were expecting a hot tub on the property as per pictures found on a google search but the hot tub was closed and apparently has been for two years.. after talking to the manager he explained why and said they were investigating replacing the broken one with two smaller ones in the future.

Great place to stay. Nice living space, comfortable beds. Easy walking distance to lifts, shops and restaurants. Relatively affordable for two couples… at least by Whistler standards ;)
