Staff is friendly and check in was easy. Location was good. The place was old but clean - but it really reeked of smoke. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Staff were helpful and welcoming. I have stayed here over the years. Good location, nice size suites. The inside of the building needs to be renovated. The carpet in the suite was not clean and tattered. I found food debris and broke bottle pieces in my room on the floor. The couch had dark stains on the cushions, the bathroom sink and bathtub need Drano to stop the water from pooling and not flowing down the drain. The bathroom fan was clogged full of lint and dust and sounded like a diesel truck running. The ceiling fan in the living room vibrated and shook on medium speed causing us to worry it was going to fall off and land on our son on the couch. The light in the ceiling fan was extremely dim and needed a brighter bulb. This hotel has a lot of potential and just needs some investment to update.

Room was clean and large, with a decently sized kitchen. Appreciated the Murphy bed, sofa bed, and large entrance. Staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee in lobby was a nice touch. Super centrally located. Only issue was the very small communal hot tub and very small parkade. Heated pool was colder than the other pools I’ve been to in whistler.

Our Room is the Murphy queen bed. It is comfortable and solid. Surprisingly the big sofa can be pulled out to 2 separate single beds, better for kids. The room is spacious and nice kitchen.

The room is fine, but it feels a bit outdated. We booked the loft with a kitchen, but noticed that the pan in the oven, despite being wrapped in tin foil, still had crumbs from previous guests. The ladies at the reception assigned in the morning were a bit dismissive when we had requests, though we really appreciated the afternoon team who were welcoming and very helpful. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the village, making it super convenient for restaurants and shopping.
