Nice hotel. We did not use the pool but liked the location as it is close to everything! The only issue was that we can hear the people above us walking with their skii boots in the room.

Staff pleasant and helpful. We were accommodated in an annex with a cold wet walk to the pool. No dressing gowns available! Building, decoration etc very tired. Carpet dirty. Very, very small kitchen area and very poor cooking amenities. Pool are dirty and untended.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and has a little kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out too much. I’d say it’s in the perfect place location wise, about a 2 minute walk to blackcomb and whistler gondolas
