The room was gross, they didn’t clean anything, hair all over the shower, bugs flying everywhere we checked in went to that terrible Mexican restaurant attached then came back a Checked out! They have signs in the hallway saying sorry for the look “they’re remodeling” but they’re not remodeling they just put them up cause they know it’s a crap hole

This place is run down. The breakfast wasn’t great…just your normal free breakfast. We were supposed to have a king room but got 2 full beds. I went to the front desk & she gave us a king bed and said she “upgraded” us to a suite free of charge but it was down in the basement type floor and sketchy. The suite just had a living room area but with no tv. I was hoping for the jetted tub…not a living area that we didn’t need or use. She wasn’t friendly either. And housekeeping didn’t come on day 2. That was our 2nd time staying there but we will not be staying there again.

Desk person was on the her cell phone watching videos. We waited over 5 minutes will she watched. Gave us a key card to a room that was already occupied embarrassing the couple already in it. Went back to front desk, she replied yes I knew I did that, no apology. Run down, dirty. The toilet and sink was backed up. The person at the front said she was too busy to deal with it. Said she'd give us a plunger. Many, including us went across the street to McDonalds for breakfast because the coffee was empty, out of eggs and sausage was cold. This place is a true nightmare.

Good enough to sleep in… housekeeping didn’t do a good job before our arrival (used soap in the shower, toilet paper resting on the holder, not on the roller). The handicap room, there was a 3/4 inch lip at the threshold to the bathroom. Making it inconvenient for anyone in a wheelchair to maneuver over.

Not the best Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Not very welcoming after a long drive. No smiles. WIFI was very poor. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Toilet was “squished” into the bathroom in a diagonal position (very weird—that’s a first for us). See pictures below. They had Fox Television blaring in the breakfast room and wouldn’t change the channel because, as they said, “We watch it” meaning the desk clerk…in other words, it’s not for the hotel guests. Finally, the tv channel would go out every 5 minutes, freeze, and then come back.

I stayed here for a weekend festival over the summer. The accommodations were basic but convenient for being close to the event, which was exactly what I needed. My main frustration was that during my four-night stay, the TV never worked — and it seemed I wasn’t the only one having this issue. The staff did try to fix it a few times, but by the end of each night, I still couldn’t just relax and watch TV in bed. Since I was traveling alone, that was disappointing, and I ended up watching everything on my phone instead. I’m planning to attend the same festival again in 2026, but I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be staying here next time. It was a bit frustrating to pay the full weekend rate without having the full amenities that were listed when I booked. That said, the staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area, even giving me great sightseeing recommendations

WARNING!! Filthy!! Filthy!! Filthy!!! Bed Bugs!! Nasty!! I would'nt let a pig stay there!! Human excrement on floor in bathroom. Hallways disgustingly filthy. Floors in rooms were filthy! They had not seen a broom, mop or vacuum in weeks. The bed looked okay until I opened the covers to find BED BUGS!! YIKES!! Hair & mold in bathroom sink. I took pictures of all of this. The pictures of the property did not match what we saw in the interior. We went to the front desk to address to these issues and were told that Manager Eddie was off until Monday. I called Manager Eddie on Monday and was told he was not in today and was promply hung up on. This hotel puts a stain on all other Comfort Inns. The owner needs to nake sone drastic changes soon. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND!! I tried to upload some pictures, but this site seems to want to hide these problems

I called to cancell this multiple times because the concert was cancelled. The manager refused to cancell even though there was over a month he could have rebooked the room. I cannot beleive hotels.com is renting rooms that are uncancellable. I will NEVER USE HOTELS.COM OR THIS HOTEL CHAIN AGAIN IN MY LIFE!!!!

Very very very very Old building with minimal maintenance. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. It takes several hours to get the smell out when you go #2. Not returning to this place. Asked PM Receptionist for touristic places and directions at check in, but told us she is not from the area. AM receptionist was able to help. Gave us printed instructions to touristic places. Why couldn't PM receptionist do that? Instead, she was busy shoving food down when checking us in. We asked the same Qs. Bfast is just ok. Thank you AM receptionist.
