The fridge in our room had black mold throughout parts of it. The shower also looked like it had small amounts of it near the soap holder.

1.. there is no whirlpool or hot tub!!! Place has not been renovated in decades.. toilets are on an offset angle to accomodate a shelf that is to low to get the top of the toilet tank open because the mirror was to big. The door handle to our room was broken and had to request a new room sinxe they never sent someone to fix it. It was also broken in the morning. The continental breakfast had no fruit or pastries. Thr bacon was microwaved.. the lobby where you ate must have had no heat because it was just as coldnoutside as inside and the pool had no overhead lighting. I would never stay here again.

We have stayed at the Comfort In before. Good location due to proximity to ski slopes. Previous stays were decent. This time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. Upon checking in we had found dead bugs floating in the toilet. A weird gross stain on the mattress topper and mattress. To top it all off our comforter had something that looked like a big blob of dried gum stuck to it. The staff was lovely and changed our room pretty fast. But overall the room was gross.

No hot water in the sink .The paper said my housekeeper was Susan V no one cleaned the room for the 3 days we were there. The tub was filty black stains in it , the curtains in the bathroom broken ( not attractive for guests) the outlet in bathroom not working, indoor pool freezing, those eggs for breakfast made my boyfriend and I sick worh our stomach for days, what a horrible experience. What i can say is the GM manager I spoke with to pay for an extra day bc my boyfriend was too tired to drive back home to NY was nice but our experience bad

This property is despicable. The lady at the front desk was clearly annoyed when I asked about check in time. The room was dirty. Two plastic bags were left on the floor. The sheet was stained. The towels were old. The back door was open. I went through multiple times and did not use a key to get in from outside. Very unsafe. The hallways looked drab and eerie. I decided not to stay the full time because of how gross it was.

The shower had mold in it, the bed had cigarette burns and dirt on the sheets. There were stains all over the place. This was one of the dirtiest hotels rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Highly dissatisfied

Confusing because of Pocono name

We couldn’t find the hotel with our GPS. I called the Comfort Inn White Haven direct from their website to get street number address. Before that, we went to wrong Comfort Inn in Pocono.

Cheap and convenient

The staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel is in need of some serious remodeling/updating. The breakfast staff made do with what they had. The lady was very helpful and apologetic about the equipment not working properly.
