We loved our stay here. Plenty to do for all ages between crafts, games, outdoor activities, and the pool. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed using the kitchen for being able to cook and eat onsite versus having to eat out. Will definitely be planning another trip here soon!

The entire stay was an absolute delight. Friendliest staff, very clean rooms, love having quiet hours, and enough activities to keep my family occupied. By bringing our own groceries; there was no need to leave the resort

The room was extremely clean. Bathrooms were well stocked. I was most impressed with the fact that we had full sized lotions shampoo conditioners and body wash! One less hassle when you're traveling. The shower was great. The only thing that we had going on was at the ice maker wasn't turning on and the garbage disposal didn't work but that was not a huge issue at all. The staff that greeted us when we got there were super sweet, very informative and the hotel guest staff was absolutely amazing. Michelle took the time out on the last day to talk to me about visiting during the different seasons which really helped nail it down for me to bring my family back. The other thing that I loved was how really close in proximity to Gatlinburg and the Christmas parade. They were in a very ideal location. There was even a trolley that you could catch just across the street from the resort.

We visited right be fore Thanksgiving. Indoor pool was amazing with 2 big slides, deeper swimming area and splash area for younger kids. They offer multiple daily events for kids starting at 10am. Some invluded but some are pay extra. We love this place. Its clean with easy parking. Staff are exceptional, especially Cindy and Jackie who worked the Build-a-Buddy. We loved all the extras that were included with our stay - giant games, christmas lights, outside fires, etc. We will definitely return. Our unit was equipped with a bunkbed, wichch was perfect for the smaller child whose like a fish out of water at night while sleeping... Full kitchen and walmart was right across the street

Condominium was great, everything that we needed was there. Staff very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great, from the kids activities to the family friendly activities. Game room was great. I will plan to return next year.
