They took no information at check in which I thought was strange. There were crumbs on one of the beds and all the surfaces in the room were dirty, like they only dusted but never actually cleaned spills. The glasses with the ice bucket were disgusting, hopeing i can add a photo. The door also did not have a dead bolt. This property has potential, we checked in pretty late and the staff was still cleaning rooms so maybe they are just short handed.

The room was comfortable. It was pretty common area. I would suggest better outside cleaning. Our patio area was full of cigarette butts.

All areas of the hotel were, although basic, very nice and clean. The lobby was inviting and the pool seemed nice (tho we did not use it due to the number of other people). However, while our room was nice, the bathroom was in Terrible condition (possibly from water damage due to a poorly designed shower) and needs a complete gut and redo.

Disappointing

This hotel was just OK. Room was not ready even at 3 o’clock. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming, we had to suggest that they offer us a comparable room or we would’ve continue to wait to check in. We did not feel welcomed or valued at this front desk. The property is office just OK. It was clean and quiet. We would probably not stay here again.

Pros: Clean indoor pool. I like it! Cons: Food was taste good in breakfast. But there was not enough food as compare to people came for breakfast. Also 1 staff was not able to manage the crowd, though the person was courteous!

We reserved and prepaid in advance over 30 days before our trip. Upon checking in and entering our room we found it was not the type room we requested and paid for. When we asked what happened, the desk clerk said they overbooked the room type we reserved. Also, glasses in the kitchenette were covered in smudges and unclean. Our stay was paid in advance for the entire week, but we checked out the next morning and got a refund for the unused days. Would never consider this hotel, again.
