The room was not well kept. The heater didn’t work. They gave us another smaller room, but that one was even dirtier and smellier and the heater barely worked. By that time, we were too exhausted to complain anymore. We didn’t sleep well and had a long day of travel ahead. Not staying here again.

I would give the hotel a 2.5. The room need better cleaning, so the cleaning lady came and cleaned the drawers out. The fridge didnt work, the front desk had another one brought up and the inside was dirty, but I had lysol wipes and cleaned it. The couch had a large ripped on the left arm.The indoor pool was very cold, maybe the pool should be closed after summer unless they are going to heat it. I wanted to be walking distances to NMSU, so the location was great.

We booked a quick weekend getaway to attend a wedding. The day we arrived, it was raining, and the front desk allowed us to check in early with no issues. The rooms were clean, the location was perfect for the venue, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
