The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff were amazingly friendly. I like how it’s conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The pool area was super nice but did not get in due to the time of year.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is very convenient. However, my room (564) has a strong smell of paint. I think it comes from the bed desk. My partner shows symptoms of allergies. Since we only live for 2 nights, we don’t want to change the room. But people who are sensitive to smells should be cautious.

Travel to the area with my family of four. Stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was well equipped however, the beds were a little small, but they were doubles and not queens. Staff was amazing at check-in very friendly. And the fresh chocolate chip cookies were delightful. We enjoyed the hot tub and even swim in the heated pool.

All was well with room. Staff brought glassware to room that was missing. Given bizarre location of parking behind the building separate from the main lobby entrance, some provision needs to be made for unloading and loading of luggage - luggage carts, bell hops or back entrance from parking to lobby. When i arrived, there was only one luggage cart and it was being used. Maintenance located another one and brought it to me after a short wait.
