BRAND NEW 8 person Hot tub March 12, 2025, covered deck with outdoor dining, 2 gas fireplaces, gas grill, 2 master bedrooms. Air Conditioning and forced air heating. 1 gig internet from Spectrum, mesh network with 4 wired nodes (wired nodes provide faster WiFi from all 4 locations). New (12/2023) Nest WiFi Pro - Wi-Fi 6E.
