The room wasn’t very clean. There was dirty paper towel on the floor of the bathroom when we checked in. They didn’t change towels or empty the garbage in the three days we stayed there. When we asked for clean towels we did get them at the desk though. The breakfast wasn’t good. I will say the staff were very nice there!

The property and staff is GREAT. Expedia has T E R R I B L E Customer "service". In truth of fact IT DOESN'T EXIST !!! The reservation was made in error. It was supposed to be for may 10-11. I stayed there. It was great. I kept getting notices about this bogus reservation which I tried to cancel. COULDN'T BE DONE ! No way to talj to a human. Only dumb robots. EXPEDIA FAILS.

Internet was non existing in the rooms and very unstable, TV channels did not work properly and "hot breakfast" was very poor. My room had puke or something on the bed skirt and wasn't cleaned. Vending machines very loud and disturbed the sleep.

Awesome affordable stay in Kalispell

This is my second stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. The employees are exceptionally helpful and friendly. My spouse was a little disappointed with the salty eggs at breakfast.
