The property was undergoing sugnificant construction, which I did not know when booking this reservation. There was no full breakfast as advertised. Instead, there was a simplified continental breakfast. When i mentioned this at check-in, I was told that I could check-out without a penalty if I wished! The desk associate said that they had notified their 3rd party booking associates. However, when I told him that I didn't see a botice of that when I booked the reservation, he said tgat the reason ths room was discounted was because of construction. It was not very professional.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The only thing that would have made it better was that the exhaust fan in the bathroom worked.

Great property other than it was under construction while we were there. Dusty, loud, construction workers everywhere. Parking lot was hard to park in due to all of the construction vehicles and business next door (with shared parking lot) was also under construction. Once construction is done, it will be fabulous.

Hotel not worth the price. Room was clean , nothing special. We did have stained towels in our bathroom. Hotel was also under construction and we had to still pay full price. Breakfast was ok , not a lot of selection compared to other hotels I’ve been through. Staff was friendly!

Completely under construction, inside and out. No lobby, drywall dust literally in my nose and eyes while I slept. No warning about the MAJOR construction project at time of booking. One room on my floor the door was open the entire time with dirty sheets lying in the doorway. Both Expedia and this Pine Lodge should be embarrassed that they even allowed people to book here. I could t cancel because I prepaid. Awful experience, this hotel should be closed until they are finished. Also like 20 workers working the entire time. Horrible horrible experience. I travel a lot for work, been doing so for 10 years this is the first ever review I’ve left so that should tell you how awful this experience was.

The hotel was completely under construction. We walked into sawdust and construction workers all over the lobby, no sitting areas in lobby and again sawdust everywhere. The only amenity there was, was a pool, the hot tub jets were not working, the fire pits were not working. The breakfast was a tiny little room next to the laundry, where they were varnishing in front of and the odors were so strong you couldn’t eat. Not to mention again the sawdust everywhere. Not at all as advertised. We even called prior to going and they told us the construction would be completed by the time we got there. It was not.

I made this reservation in January, nothing was mentioned about upcoming renovations. It would have been nice to know we were checking in to a hotel under renovation. Woke up to chain saws working just outside. I'm sure it will be nice when it's completed, but I feel guests with reservations should have been notified prior to check -in.

We loved our room and the extra comfy beds! It was great to have the pool, hot tub and free laundry (although maybe it was only free due to the hotel being under construction). The location was perfect for going to Glacier and into downtown Whitefish. Excited to visit again after the remodel is completed.

Under construction, did not have the type of room we reserved available and tried to sell the room they did put us in as an upgrade, the pool was closed for half the stay due to construction outside, the hot tub was dirty, the pull out sofa was uncomfortable, the inside of the building was dingy. The evening staff was often not available and “short” with guests. The daytime staff was good and the breakfast was reasonable. Overall, mildly disappointing stay.

Beautiful lodge by the river. Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. Love the pool. I stayed there when the lobby was getting renovated. It's still a great place.
