I wanted to advice you of some inconveniences that have occurred with our stay.
1.) We had soiled sheets in our room for the pull out bed and staff brought new ones but denied the soiled sheets were such and stated they were burns?
2.) Noise all thru the night keeping my wife, myself, and my children waking up to loud banging and yelling. Called front desk and security finally settled the issue, but they also started making noises again.
3.). Couch has large stain on back pillows and red chair is ripped in corner.
4.) Woken up to children yelling and riding scooters in hallway outside of our room.
5.) Trails End Cafe was out of pancakes, French toast, etc.
Needless to say we are pretty disappointed and dissatisfied with our stay this year. Front desk Manager was very nice and comped us with Snowtubing tickets, but that didn’t take away from the other issues that we had. I’m not one to complain but this was over Christmas and we expected a more enjoyable time with family.
