Selected this hotel for proximity to Christmas market and because the propert had an indoor pool. However, it was not disclosed at the point of reservation that the pool closed, was under major renovation. We did not learn that until we checked in, and not informed by the desk. We discovered that when we went to check out the pool. No refundat that point. We aren't gamblers so not interested in the casino. No restaurant on property, had to go into the "mall" area. Would not stay here again.

It was the perfect bestie overnight getaway. Our massages at the spa were out of this world and the rest of the spa was beautiful and comforting. Destiny was my masseuse and she gave me easily one of the best massages I've ever had. She's also a total sweetheart. I will definitely be back to see her!! As for our room, my bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was fine for one night. Room service was stellar - the food was great as was the service! And big props to the bathroom designer for putting the shower control on the wall opposite the shower head so I didn't get sprayed in the face while turning it on! The water pressure was also fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints and fully plan on returning!

Very clean hotel , all staff is great . Best part of the hotel is the kids quest my kids love going there and when we leave they always asking when we can go back. The kids have a blast and we get a little break to have dinner a drink and a little gambling
