Book Whites Creek hotels

The parking was difficult for valet as backed up, no luggage cart or help with luggage, and rooms were small with awkward bathroom set up. We felt trapped in a box. The rooms are more appropriate for people in twenties that won’t be in room as more dormitory style. We end up checking out early to move to another hotel. I would not rank as exceptional as listed by rating and misleading. Definitely not worth the cost and I would discourage booking.

The room seemed cleaned but the sheets and the pillow covers had little stains here and there. I asked the front desk if we could have late check out and she said NO when i said we where IHG rewards members she said she could do 1 hour - i feel the front staff could have been friendly and more helpful

Great place to stay, beautiful views and location was very convenient, able to walk to most places.

First of all, this facility is an old fashioned m-o-t-e-l. The rooms are accessed from the outside and you walk around the outdoor pool to get to the rooms from the office. Our room was on the backside and very loud with highway noises most of the night. They were in the process of renovating rooms, but I couldn’t tell whether ours had been done or not. It’s an old building. The breakfast room is large and the selection is good. One bonus was a person making fresh custom omlettes.My husband said the coffee was really good. The facility, including the pool was nice and clean. The $20/day charge to park right outside your room was not mentioned at check-in. All in all for the price I would probably look for a different spot next time around.
