I would say the room definitely could’ve been cleaner. Rooms definitely could be more updated. The elevator was broken the whole entire stay so that wasn’t great and then we did a load of laundry and then the dryer was miraculously broken when it wasn’t broken when I started my load of laundry. Luckily the staff was really nice and let us dry the laundry in the hotel laundry room. But it was definitely crappy to have all this things happen. Wasn’t bad for a quick stay.

Not a good place to stay at if you want a decent experience. The people that work here are really something else (lazy). Every time I passed by the front desk, it was unattended because the ladies were sitting down in another area gossiping. The TV in my room wasn’t working and when I notified front desk, the lady said maintenance will arrive shortly. Well, he never did and when I reminded her upon check out, this lady said that the maintenance guy was not reachable and that this was out of her control. THEN WHY SAY HE IS GOING TO THE ROOM IF HE IS NOT?!?! This lady had attitude and come to find out, she’s the general manager for this place. What a disgrace. The rooms are outdated, had broken mirrors, no towels at all, bed linen had a weird odor, and breakfast service was like pulling teeth when you asked for something that had run out. All they wanted to do is sit down and watch the guests. LAZY.

Shower had pink and black mold. Sheets had tears on the corners. The beds were comfortable, the only positive thing. Breakfast was very basic and the juices were watered down. More like they were water with a splash of juice. Would not stay here again.
