Gone down in 4 months

We stayed at this same hotel in December 2024 on the 2nd floor. It was very good then. This time we were on the 3rd floor. The tub had rust above the spigot. The bed was terrible. You couldn’t turn off the narration on most of the tv channels. The breakfast was just ok. One day they had breakfast burritos and they were good- just a little too salty. The other days were scrambled eggs and sausage links or you could make a waffle for yourself. Was very disappointed. This was my go to spot when we came home but I won’t go back any more.

Although we had some complications at check in our stay was good. Breakfast was OK. The lady at the front desk was very nice. She held our grandmas flowers for her funeral in the fridge until her service.

We have stayed at this hotel three times. The staff is excellent, courteous, very helpful. The rooms are clean but show some wear and tear typical of a hotel room. The most recent stay, our room did not have towels when we checked in. A quick call to the front desk and within a few minutes towels were delivered to our door. We will stay here again.

Room was “fine”. The staff seemed like they needed more training. When I got up and went to get a shower… there was no wash rags in the bathroom and after my room was cleaned that didn’t change. The price of the room made it manageable but I would spend a bit more for a better room next time.

Couldnt bring in cupcakes. Staff at the front during night shift was rude. Pool had wayyyyy too much chlorine and was tiny. Kids had to wait hours to even get to swim.
