Concerned for Marriot brandname.

Front clerk seemed occupied with her phone , more than the customers in front of her. Lacked friendliness. Cleaning staff, was wearing street clothes. No uniform? Wearing sweat pants and hoodie.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. We had only two complaints. The first is the hotel is located right off the freeway, and the traffic was a little loud. The second was that we only had down pillows in our room, and my husband is allergic to them. We asked for a replacement, but we were told there were none available.

Very easy check-in. Loved the pool stayed open till 11pm and that it was indoors. Convenient to interstate and local grocery and dining. Staff was very nice and everywhere we stepped was very clean. From the hotel lobby to the room.

It is located on a busy highway. Even number rooms face the highway which is busy and noisy. The facilities and staff are great!

Permanent fan

The HVAC fan would not turn off. It ran the entire stay. We reported it to the staff and they said that management knew about it. Why were we put in that room if they knew it was a problem. We had already unpacked and taken a shower. Otherwise we would have changed rooms.

The one wsy frontage roads are super confusing and the local drivers are aggressive! Three near misses in one 2 mile drive to dinner. But the hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful.
