Staff were all very friendly, and courteous. Hotel was clean inside and outside. Parking lot was well lit, felt safe. Pet friendly, breakfast was hot with the typical choices. Over all good place to stay, would definitely come back

The room was small and next to the front desk. The staff was pounding on the wall. Check out is at 11am and my room key was deactivated at 10:30am. I was having a hard time taking my stuff out since I couldn’t get in my room

Our room had cockroaches. It smelled funny, so I think they knew and tried to bomb them. Front office did not help. He just stared into my soul. Poor guy was frozen. And we woke up with bites. Probably bed bugs.

The room was never cleaned, even when the sign was taken off. Ran out of towels and everything else and had to go ask for towels. Never had a coffee. Cover looked like it hadn’t been changed.
