Stay somewhere else.

Crickets and dead bugs in room. Was given a different room. Floor was wet. They came and cleaned it up with towels. Floors were not cleaned. There was actually a quarter on the floor in the bathroom that was not ours. Bugs and dirt behind bathroom door. Hair in shower and moldy shower curtain. Room smelled. Employees were polite breakfast was good. Property is run down. Carpets in stairwells and halls very dirty. Bed was comfortable. Would not stay again. Not a good part of town either. Thought Best Western would have higher standards but I think they let anyone use the name as long as they collect royalties.

Professional staff!

Smoothest check in ever. Attendant was very professional and explained everything in detail. Room was alright to get some rest. Area around the hotel is creepy; there’s a motel right across the street with many men just sitting there or just wandering around. Breakfast was good.

The door to the room would not close completely by itself you had to push it. The shower leaked all over the floor making it very slick. The main problem was the person at check in wanted incidental to be paid in cash. That needs to be stated in the app since all hotels I have stayed at always put it on your card.

The elevator didn’t work and it looks like it’s staying that way for awhile. They offer me a refund for the inconvenience of that. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Saw a few ants on desk and one bed. Breakfast was good. Close to everything

My check in was easy, the gentleman was friendly but waited till the end of check in to share the fact that the elevator was broken. I had a bunch of luggage that I had to lug up the stairs. Also the AC was old, and moldy smelling. But other then that it was a good hotel for Wichita Falls.
