Was never able to access the internet on my company laptop which defeats the point of traveling for work when I reached out I was told to use my honors account that I cannot access as it’s in my maiden name. Also I usually get asked what floor I want to be on. That didn’t happen. I was told I’d be on the first floor. As a single woman traveling alone that made me uncomfortable. I’ve always had a great experience here. I usually stay at least once a month

Clean and modern

I was worried about staying at a hotel because the ones in Wichita Falls all seemed to have some trouble. This one was a nice surprise. The elevators worked and the place was very clean. There were only a couple of issues. The first was housekeeping was not finished with my room at check in so I had to wait. Judi at the front desk was amazing upon arrival and tried to make sure I was comfortable all through the wait. The room was very clean and while the aesthetic was to be a modern look the functionality of the night stands was a bit short as I have a cpap machine and the tiny table I had to use left little room for anything else. There also was no chair besides an uncomfortable desk chair to relax. I did not partake in the breakfast but was aware it was there as well as coffee. There was no coffee in the room though. Check out went well and again Judi was gracious and professional upon check out. I will definitely use this hotel again if I’m in the area and need a room.

It was a great experience. Parking lot in front of hotel is small , cause it ties in with Homewood Suites. But they made sure to have extra parking across the street, which is still close. Room was great, staff was great. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Quiet at night and felt safe.

Mari at the front desk was so helpful, sweet, friendly and very efficient! Our room was super clean, bed was very comfortable and the area is very quiet, great breakfast and maintenence staff was great, opening doors for us, which im sure is not part of their job profile, just nice, helpful workers all around!
