Super friendly and willing to help out with any questions you have about the area. When you walk into your unit you will be pleasantly surprised. Super clean it has just what you need for a family stay. 2 full beds 2 pull out sofas 2 tvs and many more things to enjoy and help with your stay. We will definitely be returning.

The weather was awesome. We first entered our room and had trouble getting the air conditioner to work, called for service and they came up and fixed it asap. During the night the cool went off and the room started getting hot. But my husband knew what to do and fixed it. Thru the door in the bedroom you can hear your neighbor loud and clear having conversations. That was strange. My husband tried to hang a blanket to muffle the sounds, it was like they were in our room. Strange. But overall I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the beds were super comfortable. We would return again,just not to that room. LOL.

While the property was updated and absolutely beautiful, the clientele that it brought in was horrible. Saturday Night/Sunday early morning, from 1:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., the room next to ours was super loud and we had to put towels under the door because of the smell of Marijuana that came through the doors and vents was unbelievable. I am always up for a fun time, however between the hours of 1 and 4 a.m. not so much. We got back from breakfast and the room again smelled very heavy of Marijuana. During the day, the people in that room met others on the beach and thought it a good idea to bring back an extra 8 people to crowd the pool and patio areas making it loud and the language that was heard was inexcusable. We have stayed at this property for over 10 plus years but I will have to rethink staying there again. I am truly hoping it was just because of the Memorial Day Holiday. I truly hope that they put some rules in to place or reinforce rules they may have as far as noise and smoking on premises. (Not to mention that someone brought their own grill and was grilling in the covered car park area daily from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. I just find this a bit unsafe. (There are grills on the property for use which are always clean and accessible, so I'm not sure why this was allowed).

My wife and I stayed one night at the Bristol during Oldies Weekend, October 19th. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location has an ocean view. We will be back during the summer season I am sure.
