Robert at the Front Desk was very professional and courteous. My room was exactly as I expected. I stayed in the hotel when it was Dover Downs. Some of the furniture was showing its age. Unless the distressed look is intentional. There may be a leak from the sink pipes in the room above me. I heard dripping sound in the bathroom and the ceiling had evidence of a slow leak that is growing. My remote control did not work. I figured out how to operate the tv without it. I was not there long enough to eat at any of the restaurants. The staff that I encountered were very nice.

The hotel was beautiful, the casino was big with two bars and a restaurant. My concern was that i arrived early on a motorcycle, in the rain, so i needed to change into Fri clothes, even though they were not busy, and they rooms available, they charged me $50 to check in a couple hours early.

I stay here for work because it is very convenient but check in always takes far too long. Today I waited in line for 25 minutes. I was next in line when I joined the line and the people in front of me were still finishing up when another person came by and helped me. It was 8pm the night before a large event nearby. There should have been another person available to help when the first customers check-in was taking significant extra time.

The property is clean and convenient to lots of destinations in the region. Plenty of food options outside of the casino resort as I arrived at the beginning of the week and many restaurants were not open. The pool was not operational at the time of our visit but that was just a minor inconvenience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, from the housekeeper to the front desk.
