Just came home from a 3 night stay, family of 6. It was the BEST hotel experience I've had in Wildwood. Rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was clean and well maintained and very accommodating. We felt safe, it was quiet and just a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!!!!

Never booking here again

Lets start from the beginning, check in staff was rude. I asked her a simple question and she would back such an attitude. Could be because we were Hispanic, especially during these times. Secondly, room was dirty! We had to sweep AND mop because we could not walk in the room. Bathroom sink water would stay in sink and not leave. Dirty bed sheets(looked like oil stains). Only good things were good AC and quiet at Night
Towel after mopping. Staff did not provide cleaning supplies

Room separated which was good! Staff was so helpful with meeting me early in the morning after my flight was delayed for 14 hours and my luggage was missing. My kids felt safe and so did I! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Will book with them next time as well!

Staff was amazing as usual. I contacted them after booking my stay to see if i could get a lower room due recent ankle surgery and they had no problem switching my reservation to meet my needs. The property is very well kept and the location is perfect. Only issues were the toliet being so small. They seem like toliets used in a preschool classroom their so low to the ground. The sofa bed was absolutely horrible. Very loud and so thin I could feel the springs in my back. Second night i just slept on the couch and was much more comfortable.

Walkway right outside our room used by guest to access the street day and night. Picnic tables right outside our door with guest loud day and night. Tv only had sound no picture. If we got 4 hours sleep in 2 days we were lucky. Ask for a room change and got a big NO. No hair dryer. No out lets in the bathroom. We won’t be using Expedia again. Nightmare trip.
