It was really convenient to text questions, and they were always met with prompt, helpful replies. One morning our coffee machine stopped working. We sent a text asking for a replacement and Cristina was at our door within a half hour with another machine and more coffee, since she thought we may have run out trying to get the machine to work. Excellent service! The property had many family friendly activities. Also the kitchenette was perfect for breakfasts and storing snacks. One thing we didn’t like - the property pushes customers to listen to timeshare pitches. We declined but had a few requests for us to join. Glad we didn’t have to attend.

Our Stay Was Nice

The room was nice and well maintained with a very nice kitchenette. We enjoyed the feeling of hominess and quiet most of the time we were in our room. I would have given this location an excellent rating except for the below items. 1. We saw a few carpenter ants roaming on the floor. They didnt bother us and would hide under the couch or behind the fridge within a few seconds of us spotting them. 2. There is a connecting door to the other room next to our room were other guests were staying. The door did not have any noise dampening material and we could here our neighbors talking periodically and could make out there conversations like they were in our room. Thanfully they were not in their room most of the time when we were in our room and they went to bed early so we were not bothered much by this. 3. We could not find an elevator and assume there wasn't one or it was not nearby. We had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs where our room was located. Everything else was very nice and we may stay at this location again. Loved the pool.

Very nice amenities, clean, employees are friendly, reasonably priced. If you don't want the time share sales pitch some people have mentioned, just don't go to the concierge desk when the desk tells you to. We weren't bothered at all and enjoyed our stay!
