We greeted and checked in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with the typical hotel hot and cold items. The only downs for me is the beds are high and so is the bathroom sink/counter. I’m short and I have no idea how kids could reach the sink.

This is my absolute favorite place to stay when I visit Williamsburg. The service is exceptional, the hotel is always clean and the breakfast is great. You would pay almost double for lower standards at other hotels in the city.

Rooms were very clean, parking was free and easy to get to. Good location to everything in Williamsburg yet still very quiet at night. Breakfast wasn't very good. Not many healthy options and bakery items were still frozen. Otherwise a good hotel.

We stayed at this hotel after a trip to Busch Gardens Christmastown. The hotel was consistent with what we expect from Comfort Inn. Check-in was easy, the room was clean,the bed was very comfortable and sheets were super soft. Breakfast was good with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, regular and pumpkin spice waffles mixes and a variety of baked goods and fruits. The tv was surprisingly large and swiveled to allow for better viewing.

Registration and housekeeping staff was very friendly and attentive. The room, hallways, lobby, and property were clean and well maintained. When I called to inquire about early check in, the registration staff informed me that she would call me if my room became available before the 3:00 pm check in time. I received a call before 1:00 pm informing me that our room was available. I truly appreciated the follow through.

My two daughters and I visited Williamsburg and stayed at the Comfort Inn for two nights over Thanksgiving. Overall, we had a good stay. The room was a comfortable size and the beds were cozy. The bathroom was fine, though the bathtub spout could use some fresh caulking. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast. It was nothing fancy, but it was convenient, and I appreciated not having to go out and pay extra for a morning meal. The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It’s less than a five-minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg and an easy drive to restaurants, CVS, and nearby shopping. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short visit to Williamsburg.

Staff was really kind and helpful! In an unexpected downpour, the front desk staff noticed I was struggling without an umbrella and produced one to help me get to my car...well above and beyond what I expected! The staff member working breakfast was also very kind. Hospitality isn't dead! Highly recommended
