There were roaches in the room I reported to front desk and all he said was he’ll document it, there was dust hanging from bathroom vent and stuff on bathroom wall that looked like feces and I wiped down the nightstand and things with a washcloth and they were filthy also I slept on top of the covers and used a throw I had in car because bed did not look fresh at all so needless to say I’ll never visit this hotel ever again.

The check-in individual was very pleasant however when we went to check out at 6:45 in the morning, the desk woman insisted that we had stayed two days and my bill was for two days. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was clean but smelled like mold. We inspected the unit below the window and found a clean filter but a blower fan covered in black mold. The breakfast was mediocre for a continental breakfast. Our kids appreciated the waffles and biscuits. Overall the hotel seemed clean.

The staff was nice but the room had a water leak that made the carpet wet. I had problems sleeping because you can hear every footstep of the people above you, it sounds like pounding and it rattles the glass walls that separate the bedroom area from the area with a couch in all the rooms. Probably the nosiest room I've stayed in at a hotel in some time.

Comfort Suites Williamsburg was a great hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, all the ammenities (fridge, micro), breakfast were included. It was located in an area off the main road, so it was quiet. We were on the back side of the hotel and it looked out onto a lovely forest. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay also because it was close to the attractions we were there to see.
