Shante was nice, we had a big group and we wanted to have dinner together so she offered for us to use the dining area even if it was closed. Breakfast could be better, no fresh hot, protein choices. Hallway smelled like smoke.

The lobby and kitchen area was pretty clean, but there was hair in the bathtub and bathroom floor. Our tub didn’t drain well. There was a dirty sock left from a previous occupant. The linens were clean, though. Overall, it was ok for the money spent because it wasn’t very expensive at all.

Our room was very dirty, with cigarette butts and ashes in the room, despite being a non-smoking room. There were also burn marks on the toilet seat. The staff was not friendly or helpful.

The room was a nice size and clean, but I couldn’t turn the water on in the shower and the pressure in the sink was very low. After I booked the room, I received an email informing me that there were no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good. I was unable to use the coffee machine. The tray didn’t fit. Finally, the breakfast was dismal. There was only one kind of juice, a couple of old apples, and the pastry was old!! It was convenient, cheap, and I felt safe. Those elements are important to me.

The room was clean, but lacked blankets, a trash can, and the roll away bed was urine stained. The staff at the front desk was not friendly or helpful. The “hot” tub was lukewarm and in poor condition; the pool was nice but definitely very cold. Breakfast was not available in the morning when we left at the stated time. We have stayed here several times before but this was the most unpleasant stay. I’m not sure we’ll return based on this trip.

It was nice and clean. The room behind us was blasting music at 12am i had to go down to the front desk to ask them to tell them. Other than that it was good. The lady who serves breakfast doesnt really care much about restocking anything either.

The front desk staff were extremely unfriendly. They made me feel like I was bothering them by checking into my room. Room had a leak in the ceiling that started pouring down over top the nightstand that was in between the beds. We were on the 3rd floor. Room 311. The whole hotel smelled like musty old curtains and carpet.

The property needed work. The adjoining room to us the door didn’t lock and we ended up loading stuff in front of both doors so we felt safe when we slept. The breakfast had no coffee and no coffee in our room. So, we checked out early and ran as quickly as we could in hopes we didn’t get bed bugs.

I stayed here a few times it’s close to Busch Gardens. They were pretty booked. I was put in an older room had a couple issues with the first room that I was assigned and I forgot they don’t offer refrigerators so I was able to get a refrigerator brought in, but yeah, it’s a an older property so understand it’s harder to keep up and maintain but they do a pretty good job of That’s why they’re priced much lower, I just needed somewhere to sleep for a couple evenings and not there to use the pool or anything else

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a convenient location. We stayed for one night. Hotel is very dated (but was somewhat expecting this). Could be a little cleaner. Very obvious signs of some wear and tear on the building and pool and hot tub did not appear very clean at all. The water was super cloudy. Overall, it was fine for one night. Staff was friendly but could use some cleaning and maintenance.
